A Kyocera Mita toner cartridge (which is also known as a Kyocera toner cartridge, or even a Mita toner cartridge) is not always easy to buy if you shop at office supply stores. That's because amongst popular consumer brands, Kyocera Mita printer toner just isn't that prevalent (that's why it makes sense to shop at on online retailer like Ink Technologies. Good morning guys! I am trying, unsuccessfully, to switch our Kyocera copiers (4 of them) scan to email settings from Exchange to O365. I've made the changes as recommended by the copier vendor:
Found my MX information on O365 and copied to the devices SMTP Server Address.
Turned off TLS
Changed the Port # to 25
Uncheck SMTP Authentication.

If I make no change except to change the server address from exchange to O365, my connection test fails. I can change pretty much everything else and if I DO NOT change the server setup, it works beautifully. This leads me to believe that it is a failure somewhere on O365.
They verify that I've set everything up correctly and suggested I contact my people at Microsoft for help. Needless to say, I don't have any 'people' at Microsoft, just you guys! On the posts I've researched, I've found that I should try deleting the device certificate. I've just asked what the vendor advises for that and am awaiting a response. I've read through the post about setting up a multifunction device and I believe I've set things up properly.
Please help me get this settled!
Thanks,
Angi
